Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping methods:
We use trusted courier partners such as Australia Post, Sendle, or other reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

Delivery time:

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days (depending on your location)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping fees:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be available for promotional events or minimum spend thresholds.

Order tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Pickup (if applicable)

Customers may choose to pick up their orders directly from our Springwood store during business hours.
Please wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders on time, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking notification at info@johnwoo.com.au.
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
